Secure Shopping

When you use our online shopping cart, your payment is processed securely in an encrypted webpage which protects your personal information during transport across the Internet.

Our website offers two secure checkout methods: you can pay with a credit card, or by using PayPal. Credit card payments are processed by Shopify (powered by Stripe); PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. When your information reaches either the Shopify or PayPal site, it resides on a secure server behind an electronic firewall.

Please note: When you submit your order, we only receive your name, postal address, email address, and phone number. Shopify and PayPal DO NOT supply us with your credit card number, or any other financial information about you. If you have a Shopify or PayPal account, both companies DO NOT share your password or login information with us.

Currency & Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

Within Canada: Canada Post Expedited service or FedEx Ground.
To the USA: USPS Airmail or Expedited service.
Please note: we are only processing orders from Canada and the United States at this time.

For shipments outside Canada, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and related charges (if applicable).

Timing

All of our items are made especially for your order, so please allow sufficient time for production and delivery.

Shipping times vary depending upon where your order is being delivered.

If your order is being sent:

  • within Canada, it will arrive within 8 business days of us receiving your payment.*
  • to the USA, it will arrive within 10 business days of us receiving your payment.*

Shipping times are reasonable estimates based on our experience, but may vary slightly with each order (as per Canada Post).

*Between December 5–24, delivery may take slightly longer than expected, due to peak online shopping volume and longer postal transit times.

Email Communications

By purchasing items from our website, you agree to receive emails from us regarding your order, and shipping notification emails from Canada Post or FedEx to advise you of your package's delivery status and tracking number.

Please note that we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy & Security Policy.

Returns

Your satisfaction is greatly important to us. All of our pieces are carefully and expertly made, and then reviewed for quality, before they are sent to our customers.

In the event that you are not fully satisfied with an item which was purchased at regular price, it can be exchanged for another item of your choice.

Please note: sales of discounted items are final (no exchange).

To exchange a regularly-priced item:

First, email us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please indicate the item to be returned, and which style & colour you would like in exchange. This must be done within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be accompanied by a RAN, or they will not be accepted.

We must receive your returned item within 15 business days of issuing your Return Authorization Number.

Returned items must be unworn, with all original tags still attached.

If the item is returned in poor or worn condition, exchange or credit will not be granted.

A printout of your Shopify or PayPal receipt must accompany the item.

The cost of shipping items back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

For U.S. customers: returns will only be accepted if sent by United States Postal Service. UPS, FedEx, or other couriers will not be accepted due to fees charged at point of receipt.

We will ship an exchanged item to you at no cost. However, if further exchanges are requested on the same order, those subsequent shipping costs will be charged to you.

Olena Zylak is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Clearance Section Purchases

As per the Returns information above, sales of the discounted items in the Clearance section are final (no exchange).
