Our website olenazylak.com ("Site") uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) which encrypts information you submit. SSL protects order information such as your name, shipping address, and credit card number during transport across the Internet.
Our Site offers two checkout methods which both use industry standard data encryption: Shopify and PayPal. Our Shopify checkout (powered by Stripe) accepts credit cards; our PayPal checkout accepts PayPal account payments as well as credit cards.
Please note: When you submit your order, we only receive your name, postal address, email address, and phone number. Shopify and PayPal DO NOT supply us with your credit card number, or any other financial information about you. If you have a Shopify or PayPal account, both companies DO NOT share your password or login information with us.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and any other credit card supported by our shopping cart.
All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice.
If you live outside of Canada, you can view prices in your home currency by using the currency selector in the top menu. The selector includes currencies for all countries we ship to. By switching to your home currency, our prices will change from Canadian Dollars (CAD) to the currency you have chosen. This will give you a very close estimate of how much your order will cost based on the exchange rate. Prices are shown in your selected currency until checkout. Before you pay, CAD pricing will be displayed again, and your order will be processed in that currency at the most recent exchange rate.
We reserve the right to limit available item quantities or discontinue any item at any time without notice.
In the event that you have an order pending, and we need to cancel that order, we will notify you as soon as possible by contacting the e-mail address you provided at the time the order was made.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of each of our items. But because every device screen displays colours differently, we cannot guarantee that your device's representation of any colour will be completely accurate.
Within Canada: You can choose between Canada Post Expedited or courier service during checkout (both services include tracking numbers). For courier service, we use either Purolator Ground or UPS Standard, chosen at our discretion.
To the continental USA: USPS (includes tracking number).
To international destinations: Standard air mail. This includes Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
For shipments outside Canada, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and related charges (if applicable).
All of our items are made especially for your order, so please allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
Shipping times vary depending upon where your order is being delivered.
If your order is being sent:
†Shipping times are reasonable estimates based on our experience, but may vary slightly with each order (as per Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS).
*Between December 5–24, delivery may take slightly longer than expected, due to peak online shopping volume and longer parcel transit times.

Please ensure that when you place an order the shipping address that you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders which you do not receive due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during order placement.
Undeliverable orders which have been returned to us by the post office or courier will be resent to the amended shipping address that you provide. The cost of delivering such resent packages is the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that you must change your shipping address, you may do so at any time before your item has been shipped. For clarity, an order is deemed to have been shipped when we email you a notice to confirm that your parcel is on its way. At that stage, we will have paid for, and printed, a shipping label for your box. Your parcel will then be either on its way to, or in the custody of, the postal service or courier, and your shipping address may no longer be changed.
By purchasing items from our Site, you agree to receive emails from us regarding your order, and shipping notification emails from Canada Post or our courier service to advise you of your package's delivery status and tracking number.
All of our correspondence with customers is done via email. So, kindly ensure that the email address you provide is correct, and is able to receive messages. We are not responsible for order confirmation emails or other correspondence which you do not receive due to incorrect or non-functioning email addresses submitted during order placement.

Your satisfaction is greatly important to us. All of our pieces are carefully and expertly made, and then reviewed for quality, before they are sent to our customers.
In the event that you are not fully satisfied with an item which was purchased at regular price, it can be exchanged for another item of your choice.
Please note: sales of discounted items are final (no exchange).
To exchange a regularly-priced item:
First, email us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please indicate the item to be returned, and which style & colour you would like in exchange. This must be done within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be accompanied by a RAN, or they will not be accepted.
We must receive your returned item within 15 business days of issuing your Return Authorization Number.
Returned items must be unworn, with all original tags still attached.
If the item is returned in poor or worn condition, or if it contains odour or perfume, exchange or credit will not be granted.
A printout of your Shopify or PayPal receipt must accompany the item.
The cost of shipping items back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
For U.S. customers: returns will only be accepted if sent by United States Postal Service. UPS, FedEx, or other couriers will not be accepted due to fees charged at point of receipt.
We will ship an exchanged item to you at no cost. However, if further exchanges are requested on the same order, those subsequent shipping costs will be charged to you.
Olena Zylak is not responsible for returns that are not received.
As per the Returns information above, sales of the discounted items in the Clearance section are final (no exchange).
In the event that you must cancel your order, you may do so either within 24 hours after you submitted your payment, or before we send an email to you which indicates that your order has been shipped (whichever occurs first).
After the aforementioned 24 hour period, your items will be in the process of being made especially for you, and cancellation will no longer be possible. Equally, if we send you a shipping confirmation email, that means we have already prepared your order and we have paid for, and printed, a shipping label for your box. Your parcel will then be either on its way to, or in the custody of, the postal service or courier, and cancelling your order will no longer be possible.
All cancellations must be done either by responding to the confirmation email that you received after placing your order, or through our Contact page.
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to item descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, item shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time, and without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).
In the event that you have an order pending, and we need to update item information related to that order, or in the event that we need to cancel that order, we will notify you as soon as possible by contacting the e-mail address you provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our items to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that you have an order pending, and we need to make a change to or cancel that order, we will notify you as soon as possible by contacting the e-mail address you provided at the time the order was made.
